The Citizenship & Immigration Program by PLAN serves the immigrant community of Northern Nevada.
Our program is Recognized and personnel is Accredited by the Office of Legal Access Program (OLAP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) of the United States.
We help qualifying individuals with:

Jose’s statement on daca
Since President Obama signed the executive order that gave thousands of DREAMers’ the opportunity to a “normal” life in the Country we call home, many have graduated from high school, went into obtaining higher education degrees, started their businesses, bought a home, and overall have taken the opportunity to better their life. In fewer words, DACA has changed our life completely! BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH!
I would like to make a call to action to our representatives! The solution is easy, WE need a pathway to Citizenship. We have had enough of these political games. In the end, that’s what we’ve become! We are just a game for one side to gain votes filling us with promises, and the other side doing the same but filling everyone with lies about who DREAMers truly are.
These are human lives at stake, all deserving of a life without the fear of what would happen to them tomorrow, when DACA no longer exists. In the end, we are just as deserving of being here…
Many of us have lived here basically our entire life! The only thing that makes us different is our birthplace, and that was chosen by fate.
You were lucky enough to be born here and we weren’t. That’s the only difference between us DREAMers and you!

IMMIGRATION FORUM ON FEBRUARY 21, 2020 IN RENO
U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES WILL BE IMPLEMENTING THE NEW PUBLIC CHARGE RULE ON FEBRUARY 24, 2020. JOIN US FOR AN IMMIGRATION FORUM THAT WILL INFORM YOU HOW THIS RULE WILL IMPACT LOW INCOME IMMIGRANTS APPLYING FOR IMMIGRATION BENEFITS. WE WILL ALSO HAVE UPDATES ABOUT THE CITIZENSHIP PRICE INCREASE, AND HOW TO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP BEFORE THE PRICE GOES UP.
